摘要

目的 :对比针刺调阴跷、阳跷与西药治疗失眠症的疗效。方法 :针刺调阴跷、阳跷治疗失眠症 87例

与单纯西药氯硝西泮 (Clonopin)治疗的 4 5例作疗效对比观察。结果 :治疗组总有效率为94 2 %

对照组为 82 2 %

两组患者治疗前后睡眠状况自评量表 (SRSS)差异有非常显著性意义 (P<0 0 0 1)

而两组间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺调阴跷、阳跷治疗失眠症疗效优于催眠镇静药氯硝西泮

对于各种原因不能服用药物的患者尤为适用。
