摘要

根据“卫气强盛则皮肤纹理致密

卫气虚弱则皮肤纹理疏松”的原理

阐明运用针刺“从卫取气”的操作方法

并以针刺透皮时的感觉来判断卫气的强弱

从而推断人体体质的强弱、疾病转归和辨别阴阳虚实

指导针灸临床“补虚泻实”手法的运用

同时配合四诊对疾病作出正确的诊断。
