摘要

目的 :探讨电针治疗脊髓损伤的机制。方法 :成年雄性SD大鼠

随机分为模型 (MC)组、电针 (EA)治疗组、甲基强的松龙 (MP)组及假手术 (SO)组。采用改良的Allen s捶击法致大鼠T10 脊髓损伤

应用原位杂交和免疫组织化学方法及图像定量分析法观察脊髓损伤早期bcl 2mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果 :MC组脊髓损伤后 6hbcl 2mRNA表达有增高趋势

伤后 2 4h表达增高 ;伤后6hbcl 2蛋白表达未见明显变化

伤后 2 4h表达有增高趋势。EA组bcl 2mRNA及蛋白表达均高于模型组

与MP组相比差异无显著性意义。结论 :电针可上调bcl 2mRNA及蛋白的表达

从而抑制细胞凋亡

保护神经细胞
