摘要

治法:取双侧曲池穴。药物:强力解毒敏注射液2 ml

扑尔敏注射液10 mg(1 ml)

维生素B120.5 mg(1 ml);氯霉素粉剂适量(氯霉素片研成细粉即可)。用一次性5 ml注射器61/2针头

将上述注射液吸入注射器内备用。患者暴露双侧曲池穴

侧掌屈肘

当肘横纹外端凹陷中为此穴

常规消毒穴位

右手持已备好的注射针

对准穴位垂直刺入

提插捻转得气后回抽无血推入药液2 ml

再如法注射对侧穴位。每天注射1次

10天为一疗程

疗程间隔2天

未愈者再进行下一疗程治疗。因湿疹而致的皮肤红斑、丘疹、水疱、糜烂、结痂部位

用生理盐水浸泡的棉签涂擦患处

将炎性皮肤表面清理干净

水疱擦破

再用干棉签蘸氯霉素粉剂涂擦皮损表面

涂药后待30分钟药粉即可粘附。每日1次.不包扎。
