摘要

目的:探索针刺治疗偏头痛的疗效及其对自主神经系统(ANS)功能的影响。方法:采用针刺C1～T4夹脊穴、太阳、头维等治疗偏头痛

心率变异频谱分析(SAHRV)测定ANS功能。结果:针刺治疗组总有效率94.3％

西药对照组76.7％

两组相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。针刺治疗组治疗后与治疗前ANS功能相比差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。针刺治疗组治疗后与正常人组ANS功能相比差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺治疗偏头痛具有较好的疗效

并能改善偏头痛患者ANS功能。
