50岁

干部。初诊日期:1999年1月24日。主诉:肝血管瘤切除术后高热84天、剧吐15天。1998年10月29日在本院外科以“肝右叶血管瘤”在全麻下行右半肝切除术

术后第1天发热38.5℃

用中西药多种方法治疗

体温仍持续38.3～40.2℃之间

术后20天行“刀口切开引流术”

在右肝叶下缘引流脓血性渗出物约500 ml

术后仍发热不退。术后34天又行“肝血管瘤切除术后膈下感染扩大引流术”

并给予抗炎、支持疗法等治疗

体温仍持续在38～
