摘要

目的 :观察面神经炎急性期针刺治疗

对于疗效及疗程的影响。方法 :在面神经炎急性期(发病 1 0日内 )采用针刺风府、风池、完骨、合谷治疗

随机设立对照组 (患侧红外线灯局部照射 )。结果 :针刺组在疗程上优于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。疗效方面基本接近 (针刺组痊愈率 90 0 %

有效率1 0 0 0 %

对照组痊愈率 85 0 %

有效率 97 5 % )

针刺组略高于对照组。结论 :面神经炎急性期针刺可明显缩短疗程
