摘要

目的:探讨治疗肿瘤化疗引起的难治性重度白细胞减少症的有效方法。方法:用数字表法随机分为治疗组88例和对照组43例

治疗组采用地塞米松和654.2注射液行足三里穴位封闭联合中药治疗;对照组用惠尔血治疗。结果:治疗组提升白细胞有效率77.3％

对照组有效率58.2％

治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组缓解症状有效率92.0％

对照组74.4％

两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组对使用干细胞集落刺激因子而疗效不佳的患者也取得了63.5％的有效率

明显高于对照组的37.5％。结论:足三里穴位注射联合中药治疗化疗引起的难治性重度白细胞减少症安全有效

经济实用。
