摘要

目的 :对比艾灸至阴穴加膝胸卧位与单纯膝胸卧位法矫正臀位妊娠的疗效。方法 :对观察组 6 3例臀位妊娠给予艾灸至阴穴加膝胸卧位法治疗

并与对照组 5 9例臀位妊娠行单纯膝胸卧位治疗对比。结果 :观察组有效率 92 1%

对照组有效率 5 2 5 %

两组比较差异显著 (χ2 =2 4 12

P <0 0 1)。结论 :艾灸至阴穴加膝胸卧位法矫正臀位妊娠有效率明显高于单纯膝胸卧位法
