摘要

目的 :观察针刺治疗小儿皮质盲的临床疗效

以及病程、原发病、合并症等因素对针刺疗效的影响。方法 :以针刺为主作为治疗组

以盐酸士的宁颞侧皮下注射为主作为对照组

观察治疗小儿皮质盲的临床疗效。结果 :治疗组痊愈率 ( 76 7% )优于对照组 ( 2 6 7% )

差异有非常显著性意义( χ2 =2 4 80

P <0 0 1 ) ;总有效率 ( 94 2 % )优于对照组 ( 70 0 % )

差异有非常显著性意义 ( χ2 =2 8 3 4

P <0 0 1 )。结论 :针刺疗法是治疗小儿皮质盲理想的方法

病程、原发病、合并症等因素对针刺疗效有一定影响
