摘要

目的 :寻找治疗中风后抑郁症的最佳方法。方法 :治疗组采用针刺法治疗

对照组采用西药口服百忧解治疗。将两组的疗效及起效时间进行对比观察。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 86 7%

平均起效时间 8天 ;对照组总有效率为 80 0 %

平均起效时间 14 5天。两组总有效率比较

差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;平均起效时间比较

差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺治疗中风后抑郁症有良好疗效

与药物治疗疗效相仿

且起效更快
