男

22岁

农民。2002年8月20日初诊。主诉:左小腿肌肉昼夜不停歇颤动7年

伴腰痛、多汗1个月。患者7年前有1次因运动过度

左小腿出现“抽筋”

之后即开始左小腿肌肉昼夜不停歇颤动。近3年症状加重

严重时行走困难

曾在某地医院行肌电图检查正常

诊为左下肢震颤(原因待查)

服用弥可保等西药

未效

遂前来中医院就诊。检查:神清

颅神经(-)

骶1、2椎处皮肤有一钉眼样大小脐状陷窝

陷窝孔眼干燥无液体流出

孔内及四周布有黑长汗毛

局部叩击有酸痛

直腿抬高试验(-)

左下肢肌肉轻度痉
