摘要

目的 :探讨穴位刺血疗法治疗变应性鼻炎大鼠的机理。方法 :以卵清蛋白建立大鼠实验性变应性鼻炎模型

用放射免疫分析法检测穴位刺血治疗前后下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺、血浆、鼻黏膜P物质含量

并设立中药穴位敷贴、二丙酸氯地米松喷雾治疗和正常健康对照。结果 :变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻黏膜P物质含量明显高于同期正常对照组

下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺、血浆P物质水平则低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。穴位刺血治疗后鼻黏膜P物质明显下降

而下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺组织内P物质升高 (P <0 0 5 )

与阳性治疗对照组结果相似 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :穴位刺血疗法对实验性变应性鼻炎大鼠下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴紊乱和鼻黏膜异常的P物质水平有明显的调整作用。
