摘要

目的 :对比不同取穴方法治疗脑梗死偏瘫的疗效。方法 :以Brunnstrom脑卒中运动恢复六阶段表作为治疗偏瘫划分阶段标准

按不同阶段选取不同屈肌伸肌的穴位进行治疗。同时用简式Fugl Meyer运动量表作为疗效评定标准进行疗效评定。并设常规针刺治疗组对照。结果 :治疗组的疗效比常规针刺治疗组明显提高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :根据神经反射弧的原理

结合康复学的有关评定措施

分不同阶段、不同屈肌伸肌取穴针灸治疗脑梗死偏瘫效果良好
