摘要

目的:观察以调理脾胃为主针治顽固性疖病的疗效。方法:将65例患者随机分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(32例)

治疗组运用毫针针刺合谷、曲池等穴辨证补泻

针刺每日1次

每周5次

20次(1个月)为一疗程。对照组口服红霉素片

0.125g/片

0.5g/次

1天3次

连服10天

休息10天

再服10天为一疗程。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺脾胃经腧穴调理脾胃对顽固性疖病有明显治疗作用。
