摘要

目的:探讨针刺减轻烧伤创面早期进行性损害的机理。方法:建立兔深Ⅱ度烧伤模型

采用NO试剂盒(酶法)测定组织NO

观察烧伤早期(伤后5天内)创面组织NO的动态变化以及针刺双侧“足三里”穴对组织中NO产生的影响。结果:兔深Ⅱ度烧伤早期组织中NO含量显著低于正常组织

以伤后第3天最低

针刺能明显提高烧伤早期创面组织NO的产生。结论:针刺能提高创面组织NO含量

可能是其减轻组织水肿和烧伤创面早期进行性损害的重要因素。
