摘要

目的 :寻求提高治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效方法。方法 :选择糖尿病周围神经病变患者 180例

随机分为 3组。治疗组采用穴位注射弥可保共 5 0 0 μg

隔日 1次 ;对照 1组用VitB12 5 0 0μg

肌肉注射

每日 1次 ;对照 2组用弥可保 5 0 0 μg

肌肉注射

隔日 1次。 4周一疗程。结果 :治疗组有效率 91 2 %

显著优于对照 1组 (P <0 0 1)和对照 2组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :弥可保优于VitB12

穴位注射治疗较肌肉注射疗效好
