摘要

目的 :探讨针灸疗法对中风后遗症患者的抗复发作用。方法 :将 1 0年内用针灸治疗与相同时间内西医脑系科运用药物治疗的中风后遗症患者进行回顾性研究

对其存活率、死亡率尤其是复发率进行观察。并对复发的诸多因素进行了分析。结果 :针灸疗法治疗中风后遗症患者复发率为1 1 2 8%

药物组复发率为 2 9 45 % (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针灸疗法能有效预防中风后遗症患者的复发。
