目的 :探讨针刺在治疗胸椎小关节紊乱中的作用。方法 :将 4 5例胸椎小关节紊乱患者

按就诊顺序随机分为两组

观察组采用针刺、拔罐配合手法复位治疗

对照组采用单纯手法治疗。结果 :观察组 1次治愈率为 84 0 %

对照组为 5 5 0 %。经 χ2 检验

两组疗效差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针罐配合手法复位治疗胸椎小关节紊乱较单纯手法治疗见效快

且能节省人力

是治疗该病的又一有效方法
