摘要

目的 :探讨慢性胃溃疡胃窦粘液细胞超微结构的改变及针刺手法的影响。方法 :采用醋酸浸渍法造成大鼠慢性胃溃疡模型

观察溃疡周边粘液细胞超微结构的变化。结果 :与对照组比较

模型组粘液细胞内无或仅少数见稀少粘原颗粒

线粒体肿胀或固缩

内质网高度扩张

低倍镜下在核周围形成大量空泡

高倍镜下与核周间隙相通

细胞间隙增宽。治疗后上述病理改变得到明显改善并基本恢复正常。结论 :慢性胃溃疡时胃窦粘液细胞的超微结构发生明显病理改变

针刺对其有较好的治疗作用

热补针法疗效优于捻转补法
