摘要

目的:观察针刺配合H2受体拮抗剂二联法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为针刺配合H2受体拮抗剂二联治疗组及H2受体拮抗剂为主的三联法对照组进行临床观察。结果:两组疗效基本一致(P>0.05)

而治疗组症状消失天数明显短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组不良反应出现率显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针刺配合H2受体拮抗剂二联法治疗本病

具有疗效显著、症状缓解快、不良反应出现率低等优点。
