摘要

目的 :通过观察不同途径注射基因重组白细胞介素 2 (rIL 2 )对环磷酰胺造模大鼠免疫功能的影响

为临床应用穴位免疫疗法提供依据。方法 :采用环磷酰胺造模大鼠

以大鼠胸腺、巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数、血清IL 2含量为指标

通过穴位注射、肌肉注射rIL 2及穴位注射生理盐水进行疗效比较。结果 :3种治疗方法均能显著提高环磷酰胺造模大鼠降低的巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数、血清IL 2含量 (P <0 0 5

P <0 0 0 1)

以穴位注射rIL 2组指标改善意义最显著 (P<0 0 0 1) ;但 3种方法对造模大鼠降低的胸腺指数的提高无统计学意义。结论 :穴位注射rIL 2疗效优于肌肉注射rIL 2。
