摘要

目的:探讨温通针法治疗急性心肌缺血损伤的机理。方法:选健康Wistar大鼠80只

随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、温通针法组、平补平泻针法组。以血清及心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和血清及心肌组织丙二醛(MDA)的含量为效应指标。结果:针刺可明显提高血清及心肌组织SOD的活性

降低血清及心肌组织MDA的含量。且温通针法与平补平泻针法二者相比

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:温通针法可显著地减轻自由基对心肌组织的损伤程度。
