摘要

目的:从中医学整体观出发

正确认识经络实质。方法:以《灵枢》中有关经络论述为指导

综合我国学者多年来经络研究的成果

归纳、总结了构成经络实质三大要素

即经络组织结构、经络作用通路及经络效应表现的相关资料。结论:提出经脉是附着于筋膜组织

借助神经、血管、淋巴管

调整人体机能的带状结构;络脉是小血管

借助神经、血管、淋巴管

调整人体机能的网状结构。
