摘要

本组30例均为门诊患者

男18例

女12例;年龄最小15岁

最大60岁;病程最短4小时

最长8天。取穴:腰痛穴(位于印堂上1寸

在神庭与印堂中点)。操作:患者取坐位或卧位

取腰痛穴

常规局部消毒

用28号3寸毫针

进针向印堂方向平刺1～1.5寸

左侧腰痛针尖偏向右侧

右侧腰痛针尖偏向左侧

手法为泻法

中强刺激。得气后令病人活动腰部

以利气血运行。留针15分钟

每5分钟行针1次。治疗1日1次

3日为一疗程

3日后作
