摘要

目的:探讨耳、体穴结合治疗产后子宫复旧不全的疗效及其与内分泌的关系。方法:观察21例治疗组和16例对照组的治疗效果

并对21例治疗组产妇在治疗前后血中雌三醇(E3)和孕酮(P)的含量进行测定。治疗组用耳、体穴结合疗法

耳穴取内分泌、内生殖器、交感

贴压磁珠;体穴取合谷、三阴交、子宫穴

用电针刺激。对照组用麦角新碱治疗。结果:耳、体穴结合治疗组与对照组皆取得了较好疗效。治疗组治疗后宫底高度较治疗前有显著下降

但治疗组下降更明显

2组间的下降幅度差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组的痊愈率也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后

血中E_3和P皆明显降低。E_3的降低与宫底下降幅度呈高度相关

P的降低与宫底下降幅度呈低度相关。结论:耳、体穴结合疗法是治疗产后子宫复旧不全的较好方法。其治疗机理可能与雌三醇的减少有关。
