摘要

目的 :探讨醒脑开窍针刺法治疗强迫症的优点。方法 :6 0例强迫症患者随机分为针刺组 32例

西药组 2 8例。针刺组采取醒脑开窍针刺法

西药组采用氯丙咪嗪

治疗 8周

观察两组疗效与副反应的比较。结果 :针刺组与西药组总有效率无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )

但针刺组基本无副反应

经副反应评定表 (SECL)评分

明显优于西药组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :醒脑开窍针刺法治疗强迫症疗效好且副作用小
