摘要

目的:探讨面神经不同损伤平面对针刺疗效的影响。方法:按面神经的损伤平面定位而分为5组

运动神经核段面瘫、膝状神经节段面瘫、镫骨神经段面瘫、鼓索神经段面瘫及茎乳孔段面瘫

对126例患者针刺2疗程后疗效观察和比较。结果:茎乳孔段面瘫疗效最佳

鼓索神经段、镫骨神经段疗效较好

膝状神经节段次之

运动神经核段最差(P<0.01)。结论:针刺疗效与神经损伤平面具有相关性

面神经损伤平面越低

疗效越好。
