摘要

36例患者中

年龄最小23岁

最大37岁;病程最短1个月

最长7个月。第1胎34例

第2胎2例。妊娠小于3个月24例

3～5个月8例

6～7个月4例。取穴:翳风（在耳垂后方

当乳突与下颌角之间的凹陷处）。方法:取5ml注射器抽取维生素B1注射液100mg（2ml）

常规消毒翳风穴后

将针头刺入一侧穴位0.3～0.5寸

待有明显酸麻胀痛感觉时抽吸无回血

注入1ml药液

出针按压针孔

如前法将所剩1ml药液注入另一侧翳风穴。经1次治疗未愈时

可于3天后如前法再行1次。
