摘要

目的 :探讨有效的中西医结合治疗膝关节骨关节炎的治疗方案。方法 :采用随机对照研究方案

对治疗疗效

疼痛、关节屈伸度、关节稳定度与上下楼梯分值进行评估。结果 :两组疗效比较

治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;疼痛、关节屈伸度、关节稳定度与上下楼梯分值进行比较

疼痛与关节稳定度两组有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :艾灸配合肌肉锻炼的中西医结合康复治疗方案能有效缓解患者的疼痛
