摘要

目的 :观察巨针巨刺治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法 :将缺血性中风患者 2 35例随机分为巨针巨刺治疗组 12 2例与毫针巨刺对照组 6 2例、毫针患侧对照组 5 1例进行对照观察。结果 :治疗组与 2个对照组均有较好的临床疗效

但治疗组又明显好于 2个对照组 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :巨针巨刺法治疗缺血性中风

具有提高临床疗效、降低致残率等优点。
