摘要

陈XX

男

48岁。初诊日期2001年10月31日。主诉:双眼怕光2年

加重1个月。患者因劳累于2年前出现双眼怕光

头痛

说话、闻声亦觉疲乏、烦躁。近因工作劳累

上症加重

外出需以毛巾裹缠两眼

失眠、心悸。走遍当地医院诊治无效

慕名求治于姜揖君教授。进诊室时毛巾重重紧束双眼及头额

家属搀扶。诊视舌边尖红

苔白

脉沉细。辨证:气血失调、清空失养、火炎于上、阴亏于下。治以平阴阳

调气血

益阴降火。针刺取穴:大椎、关元、风池、心俞、肝俞、肾俞

施提插捻转

心俞用泻法

肝俞、肾俞用补法

余穴平补平泻。针刺风池使针感到达双目

起针后继取列缺、照海、后溪、申脉。两组4穴交叉捻转。针后即能将毛巾解下

双目当即能微睁。次日来诊时

自己走入诊室

诉夜间睡眠约10个小时。治疗3次

病情明显好转。缘家在东北

放心不下

因而嘱其回家休息静养

饮食宜清淡

并予带回益气养血降火中药5剂巩固疗效。
