摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗青少年近视眼的作用规律。方法:经眼科检查后

选取轻中度近视学生患者58例(103只眼)

根据屈光度不同将患眼分入轻度近视组A、中度近视组B。将双眼屈光度均在-3D以下者

随机分为针刺组A1和双星明滴眼液对照组A2。除A2组外

其余患者均给予针刺。结果:(1)对轻度近视

针刺疗效优于双星明滴眼液;(2)针刺能提高近视患者的视力

以轻度近视的疗效优于中度近视

治疗中视力呈缓慢上升趋势;能纠正假性近视造成的屈光不正

对真性近视屈光度无改善。结论:针刺可以提高近视眼患者的视力

纠正调节痉挛所造成的屈光不正

不能纠正真性近视所造成的屈光不正。
