摘要

目的:观察局部透刺与非透刺疗法的临床疗效。方法:对中风患者在腕踝局部取穴行透刺疗法结合整体辨证取穴

与行非透刺疗法结合整体辨证取穴进行疗效现察。采用《康复医学评价手册》所载测量方法

自拟腕踝关节活动度的评价方法和标准。结果:局部透刺为主的治疗组腕关节背屈、掌屈、挠屈、尺屈

踝关节背屈、跖屈活动度的恢复较对照组疗效显著

二者差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。结论:2种方法均有效

局部透刺治疗为主疗效肯定

优于非透刺疗法。
