摘要

目的:采用随机、安慰对照的研究方法

探讨在胚胎移植前后行针刺治疗在助孕技术中

如体外受精(IVF)或卵母细胞单精子注射(ICSI)

对怀孕率的影响及其机理。方法:对210例接受IVF或ICSI的患者按完全随机的方法分成针刺治疗组、安慰针灸组和空白对照组

针刺治疗组在胚胎移植前后行体针针刺进行干预

安慰针灸组在胚胎移植前后用安慰针灸针进行干预

空白对照组未经过针灸治疗

观察3组子宫结合带的收缩频率及怀孕率。结果:胚胎移植前子宫结合带收缩频率3组间差异无显著性意义

胚胎移植后针刺治疗组则明显低于安慰针灸组和空白对照组

分别是2.8±1.4

4.3±1.8和4.1±1.9。针刺治疗组的70例中31例临床妊娠

怀孕率44.3％;安慰针灸组的70例中19例临床妊娠

怀孕率27.1％;空白对照组的70例中17例临床妊娠

怀孕率24.3％。治疗组的怀孕率显著高于安慰针灸组和空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论:提示针刺治疗在现代助孕技术中是改善怀孕率的有力工具。
