摘要

1临床资料全部病例均来源于我科1999～2001年住院病人

以脑卒中后遗肢体痉挛为观察对象。29例患者

男25例

女4例;年龄48～80岁

平均63.6岁;病程最短20天

最长6年

平均6.1个月。脑梗塞21例

脑出血7例

脑梗塞合并脑出血1例;左侧偏瘫18例

右侧偏瘫11例。诊断参考《中国康复医学诊疗规范》。
