摘要

目的 :观察头针治疗中风的临床疗效并探讨内皮素的作用机制。方法 :采用头针顶颞前斜线、顶颞后斜线治疗 30例

分别于治疗前后检测血浆内皮素的含量。结果 :显效率为 70 0 %

总有效率为 90 0 %

可以使中风患者血浆中过度升高的内皮素含量明显下降 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :作用机理可能是通过调节血浆中内皮素含量

而达到治疗效果
