摘要

目的 :验证耳根阻滞的镇痛作用

减少小儿手术的麻醉药量。方法 :对 10 3例择期小儿骨科手术中的 5 2例行耳根阻滞

另 5 1例为对照组

观察麻醉用药量及维持时间。结果 :耳根阻滞组的麻醉药量明显少于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :耳根阻滞有明显的镇痛作用

可减少麻醉药量

从而减少麻醉药的毒副作用
