摘要

目的 :观察不同深度针刺风池穴对偏头痛的治疗作用。方法 :72例偏头痛患者以门诊号为序

随机分为深刺组、常规针刺组、西药对照组 3组。结果 :深刺风池穴可以显著缩短头痛时间并延迟头痛复发时间。深刺组、常规针刺组、对照组 3组疗效比较差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :深刺风池穴治疗偏头痛有较好疗效

针刺深度可以达到 4 5～ 5 5mm

注意进针方向和手法。
