摘要

目的 :研究在TCD下电针取穴治疗脑供血不足的疗效。方法 :6 6例脑供血不足的病人依据TCD分为脑前循环组、脑后循环组和混合循环组

针对不同的系统供血不足

选择不同的穴位

并与 2 0例口服尼莫地平组比较。结果 :(1)电针对脑前循环组、脑后循环组和混合循环供血不足引起的头晕

在改善程度上有显著的疗效

并且明显优于尼莫地平组 ;(2 )电针对视物旋转和偏瘫等伴随症状亦有很好的疗效

在改善耳鸣方面明显优于尼莫地平组。结论 :电针可以用于各种因素导致的头晕

并对伴随症状有好的疗效
