目的 :观察针刺与药物治疗强直性脊柱关节炎 (AS)的疗效差异。方法 :治疗组针灸风池、华佗夹脊、肾俞穴治疗 6 0例

并与药物对照组口服柳氮磺胺吡啶加双氯灭痛 6 0例进行比较。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 75 0 %

对照组总有效率 6 3 3%。两者之间疗效相比

经统计学处理

差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组无一例出现副作用。结论 :针灸治疗本病疗效优于对照组。
