摘要

目的 :观察针刺及中药内服对椎板切除术后硬膜外瘢痕粘连的防治效果。方法 :将 6 0只模型兔分成模型对照、几丁糖对照、针刺治疗、中药治疗、针刺加中药治疗 5组

采用术区硬膜外针刺及针刺配合中药内服的方法治疗

各组分别于 2

4周处死 4只兔取标本观察。结果与结论 :术区硬膜外针刺及针刺加中药内服治疗均能有效地防止硬膜外瘢痕粘连的发生

两者协同作用优于单独作用
