摘要

目的 :研究耳针治疗痤疮临床文献科研方法的现状及其存在问题。方法 :根据流行病学 /DME方法学原则

对 1994年 3月～ 2 0 0 0年 9月共 7年间 (实际检索为 1979～ 2 0 0 1年 )

国内有关耳针治疗痤疮的临床文献共 39篇

进行调查和评价。结果 :只有 7篇文献 (占 17 95 % )采用了对照的方法进行临床研究。从整体来讲

尚缺乏统一的诊断标准、纳入标准、排除标准和疗效评定标准 ;组间基线的均衡性不详 ;随机、对照、盲法等原则的执行描述不够清楚 ;设计方案不够合理和完善 ;数据的处理可信度较差等。结论 :应根据耳针临床研究的特点

探索建立相对的黄金标准的证候量表

制定规范的临床研究方案

以提高临床疗效。
