摘要

目的:研究头部电针透穴疗法与药物治疗帕金森氏痛的临床疗效。方法:180例帕金森氏病患者随机分为头部电针透穴疗法治疗100例和口服美多巴药物治疗80例进行对照观察。同时对治疗前后肌电图(EMG)进行观测

头部穴取风池、悬厘、前项、悬颅等。结果:头部电针透穴疗法组有效率75.00％

优于对照组66.25％

具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:头部电针透穴疗法治疗帕金森氏痛有肯定疗效。
