摘要

目的:探讨大椎、关元对腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效的影响

以及任督脉在腰椎间盘突出症临床治疗上的指导意义。方法:将427例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机单盲分为常规(循经取穴)组、常规加大椎组和常规加关元组进行治疗观察

采用u检验评定比较各组间疗效。结果:加大椎组和加关元组的治愈率与常规组比较

差异有显著或非常显著性意义(P<0.05

P<0.01)

而有效率组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:大椎、关元可以提高腰椎间盘突出症的治愈率

调节任督、温补阳气可能是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的重要手段和方法之一。
