摘要

目的 :观察针刺大陵穴治疗中风后情感障碍的临床疗效。方法 :将中风后情感障碍所致嘻笑不休患者 6 6例随机分为针刺大陵治疗组 36例

针刺头针情感区对照组 30例

进行对照观察。结果 :治疗组与对照组均有较好的临床疗效

但治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺大陵穴治疗中风后情感障碍具有较好临床疗效

且操作简便。
