摘要

目的:观察运动状态下针刺头穴对正常人大脑细胞功能的影响。方法:用PET(正电子发射断层扫描)观察6例正常人运动时针刺前后的大脑细胞葡萄糖代谢并进行自身对照。结果:针刺百会与左侧曲鬓穴可使双侧大脑顶上小叶、楔前叶葡萄糖代谢增高

但以左侧大脑为主;葡萄糖代谢减低区主要集中在左侧小脑、脑干和前额区及颞叶。结论:针刺头穴百会与曲鬓可以增强大脑双侧有关运动区域的代谢

但以同侧为主。同时也影响大脑的高级思维活动。
