摘要

目的 :观察胰腺穴对急性胰腺炎的诊断、治疗的临床意义。方法 :按压及针刺胰腺穴

用于诊断、治疗急性胰腺炎

设立针刺组及西药对照组 ;系统观察分析胰腺穴在诊断急性胰腺炎、消除腹痛、镇痛持续时间及降低血清淀粉酶作用的比较。结果 :胰腺穴组在诊断和治疗方面较对照组有明显的优势

经统计学处理

P <0 0 5。在治愈时间上

二者比较无显著性意义

P >0 0 5。结论 :胰腺穴是诊断、治疗急性胰腺炎的特效腧穴。
