摘要

目的 :探讨针刺促脊髓背根侧枝出芽的机制。方法 :用免疫组化和原位杂交技术检测部分去传入纤维并针刺后

猫脊髓Ⅱ板层和保留背根节内 3种神经营养素及其mRNA的表达变化。结果 :NGF及其mRNA分布于Ⅱ板层神经元内

针刺对二者的表达无显著影响。BDNF主要分布于神经终末和膨体内

NT 3主要分布于神经元和胶质细胞内

二者的mRNA均阴性

针刺组该二因子的表达均显著增强。三种因子及其mRNA在保留背根节部分神经元内表达

针刺组 3种因子及其mRNA表达均显著增强。结论 :针刺促进 3种因子及其mRNA在保留背根节的表达

可能是其促进部分去传入纤维猫脊髓可塑性的机制之一
