摘要

本组58例

均来自门诊。男20例

女38例;年龄最小20岁

最大65岁;病程最短3个月

最长12年。诊断标准为下述症状中出现2项:(1)入睡困难;(2)睡不安稳

多次醒来;(3)睡眠时间缩短

早醒;(4)一夜梦魇困扰

并被惊醒;(5)睡眠后无清醒感觉;(6)1周有3次失眠或持续1个月以上。58例患者均服用过安眠药物

有着不同程度的睡眠障碍和伴随症状。
